Sound & vibration play a pivotal role in this transformational yoga retreat: we will move our bodies in somatic awareness exercises set to music, activate our voices through song and spoken word, heal and integrate with sound bath meditations, and allow Mother Nature’s noises & musicality to weave a tapestry of sonic textures in our retreat journey.

Our home base is a private villa on the grounds of the stunning Carpe Diem Casitas & Villas just steps from the village of Mazunte along Oaxaca’s wild Pacific Coast. The villa’s location on the peninsula puts us at equidistance from Playa Mermejita, the rocky point of Punta Cometa, and the town of Mazunte with its vibrant shops, beach access, and restaurants.
